RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICY

We accept all major credit cards, debit, company cheques and cash

Reservations are recommended. Tours require reservations 48 hrs prior to departure date.

Full payment is required at time of booking for all tours.

For private charter, 50% is due once the quote is accepted and the remaining 50 % is due 48 hrs prior to departure.

Additional charges for the trip will be calculated and payable to the driver at the end of the trip.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations prior to 48 hrs of departure date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hrs of departure will be subject to no refund.

Off the Grid Tours reserves the right to cancel any tours or charters if we feel passenger safety is compromised in any way. A full refund will be given.

If you miss your tour due to being late or you are a no show, you will not receive a refund.

For larger multi-day charter bookings, cancellation two weeks prior to departure date is required for a full refund. For cancellation between 14-7 days prior to departure your 50% deposit will be charged, and within 7 days full payment is required.

GENERAL POLICY

All prices are in Canadian funds. Prices include GST + local taxes unless otherwise specified.

Gratuities for driver/guide are not included, can be paid at your own discretion and are very much appreciated.

Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.

Cleaning charges may apply if guests leave vehicles in dirty condition and will be up to the driver to decide if applicable.

Damage to bus by any passenger will be charged at the cost to fix damage.

Duration of tours may vary due to weather, traffic, road work, and size of group. We will endeavor to conduct the tour as specified. All tours are subject to change without notice.
