The Story.
There was a resident Eel named “Elvis” in Waitomo Adventures signature cave, “The Lost World”. As Tour Guides, we would often bring Elvis a tasty little treat to entice him into the open to showcase his immense size. On this particular occasion, we forgot… and he was a little grumpy. However, we were lucky enough to be joined by a professional cartoonist, who illustrated the experience for us. Thank you, Greg.
